In regards to that flyer from Westboro Baptist saying that Heath Ledger is in hell because he played a homosexual in a movie, a commenter at Pharyngula asks, “If the fate of one’s eternal soul depends on which characters one has played in movies, what’ll happen when Anthony Hopkins dies? He’s been St Paul, CS Lewis, Adolf Hitler and Hannibal Lecter.”
And another commenter said, “I understand that his body is being sent to Australia for burial. Will the whole church go? Can they be persuaded to stay?“
If you just show them some Aussie hospitality, you too can have your very own set of nutters. Wouldn’t that be grand?
